Gamers Ekiti accepts returns for eligible physical products subject to this policy. Digital products, gift cards and digital codes are not returnable or refundable once delivered, revealed or redeemed, except where a genuine product or delivery issue is confirmed.

Physical Product Returns

Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an ordinary return, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include its original packaging and accessories where applicable
  • Not have been damaged, altered or misused after delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact Gamers Ekiti through WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Customer name
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs or video where relevant

Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from Gamers Ekiti.

After your return request has been reviewed, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending the product back.

Return Method

Approved physical-product returns are sent back to Gamers Ekiti by courier or another suitable delivery service using the return instructions provided by our support team.

We do not require customers to return products in person.

Return Shipping Costs

For an ordinary eligible return, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to Gamers Ekiti.

If the product received is defective, damaged on delivery or different from the product ordered, Gamers Ekiti will provide the appropriate return instructions and cover or arrange the applicable return delivery cost.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will normally be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Digital Gift Cards and Codes

Digital gift cards and digital codes are not returnable once delivered.

This includes products such as:

  • PlayStation/PSN gift cards
  • Steam gift cards
  • Google Play gift cards
  • Other electronically delivered gaming codes

Customers should verify the currency, denomination, account region and compatibility shown on the product page before purchasing a digital code.

If you receive an incorrect code, an invalid code or do not receive the product ordered, contact Gamers Ekiti immediately so we can investigate.

We may request appropriate information or evidence to verify the issue.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges.

Where an eligible physical product qualifies for return, the applicable resolution will normally be a refund or another resolution agreed with the customer.
